Hanbit comes from a non-pastry background. He worked in banking, consulting and IT. This meant that in order to become a pastry chef, he learnt everything from scratch. This journey helped him design his courses such that it’s accessible to home-bakers as well as professionals.

really good

I was struggling to find good ideas for valentines and Hanbit came up with amazing cakes. Bought the whole package and tried out this one so far and its really really good.

Impressed with the outcome

As an individual really immersed in baking, I really wanted to push myself and make something more advanced. I was worried that this would be really difficult but actually turned out to be easier than I thought - but looks impressive. It was absolutely delicious. Thanks hanbit.
