Hanbit is the CEO of Sugar Lane Baking Academy based in Seoul, Korea. As a pastry chef, his mission is to make baking more enjoyable – both for homebakers and professionals. This is being achieved through his baking academy in Seoul where he has taught more than 2500 students over 6 years.
I've tried a lot of cheesecake recipes but this is by far the best I have ever made. The instructions are clear and easy to follow. I love that Hanbit is explaining the science behind all the ingredients and the way to handle them. That help a lot to succeed in baking. I also love that Hanbit is so accommodating and always replies to questions. It feels like attending his class on site 🙂
