Hi Katy,

I’m sorry for the inconvenience. Our credit card payment provider does block credit cards with its own logic (it has its own algorithm and even blocks payments that are clearly not spams. There’s nothing we can do about this) – that’s why we have paypal as a backup payment method in case our users cannot get through with credit cards. I’m afraid paypal would be the only option here.
