Hi,
thanks for the great knowledge sharing and recipes. I know that with every recipe the temperature and baking time are just guidelines and can differ from situation to situation.
My question is are your temperatures and baking times mentioned in your recipes for your fan oven? Because fan ovens in a domestic environment are usually hotter than upper/lower heat.
