Hi Maribeth,
Apologies for such a delayed reply. I have been away in Malaysia for a masterclass and have just returned. Regarding nuts, the only way round is to leave out completely. I guess dessicated coconut might work but that’s actually a different recipe so quite uncertain how it will turn out.
