Brownies

I love that Hanbit's recipes and processes/methods are backed up with science. Everything makes sense. I love the fudginess, the sweetness but not too sweet, and most of all, I love the cracks!!! Never made brownies with cracks, and brownies without cracks = failed brownies. Thanks, Hanbit!

Just tried the recipe right after finished the course and this is perfect brownies i've ever made. Texture is just perfect. flavor combination is nice. I've tried so many online brownies courses but never got it right. thank you , this is it ! the end of searching for perfect brownie recipe.
