Our chat service as well as this Q&A board exists so that we can help our students with any difficulties they face during baking – but this means that the student needs to make an effort in solving the problem first. We usually reply within 1~2days.
Regarding the questions you’ve asked,
We very much advise our students to find the answer by themselves first before asking as it is often much faster from the students perspective. It also helps the student to pinpoint and ask specific questions which allows us to answer your questions fully.

- Please search on google. Type “Callebaut 2815” and you can find the % in the search results. (It takes around 10 seconds) It is actually more convenient for you to search on google as it is much faster 🙂
- Please search on google. Type “Nozzle 825 equivalent for Wilton” and you can find the answer in around 30 seconds~1minute.
