Apologies for the late reply – just missed this one. Yes, I’m afraid it’s a typo – don’t worry about it.
So for orange pound cakes you must add orange zest – that’s where the orange flavour comes from (rather than the orange juice!). So to be honest, you would be using both the zest and the orange juice in reality.
