There are plenty of techniques you will learn in this course. ①How to make pecan praline. ②How to make crunchy croustillant layer. ③How to make cremeux without making creme anglaise) ④How to make whipped ganache using praline ⑤Chocolate strip decoration (chocolate tempering tutorial is not included)

Balance of flavours & textures

This tart is intense in pecan flavour and yet it has a variety of textures. The tart tart shell and croustillant gives dense and crispy texture while the cremeux and whipped ganache is creamy and soft.
