Hanbit is the CEO of Sugar Lane Baking Academy based in Seoul, Korea. As a pastry chef, his mission is to make baking more enjoyable – both for homebakers and professionals. This is being achieved through his baking academy in Seoul where he has taught more than 2500 students over 6 years.
The recipes are simple and the ingredients are easily available in any country. The recipes also work and yield a perfect result. However, I noticed that the recipes have some errors. Like they were just copy and pasted for each variant and not double checked for accuracy. For example there is the inclusion of coconut powder in the method of a different variant that requires no coconut powder.
