8 Jam Recipes

What do you learn in this course?

Strawberry Basil

Strawberry jam is probably the most common jam out there – well, adding basil turns it into something different!

Blueberry Lemon

Add a touch of lemon to a blueberry jam and you’ve created a new flavour!

Apple Cinnamon

Making jam using apples is great – it obviously tastes amazing. Add a bit of cinnamon and it takes it to another level.

Use coconut milk to make coconut jam – you’ve probably never heard of it, but try it and you’ll never regret it.

Raspberry jams are delicious with all the berry-ness and the tanginess that makes it amazing.

Wine & Fig

Fig jam has so much flavour with all the seeds popping inside your mouth. Here you will learn how to make red wine & fig jam which gives a deeper flavour to the figs.

Using ripe bananas to make jam will yield fantastic results with all the banana flavour simply reduced in a jam jar.

Earl Grey Milk Tea

Milk tea jams are not common – but they almost feel like nutella…not just the texture but because you’ll crave for more.

Great recipes and absolutely delicious

Quite an avid homebaker here. I've been following hanbit's youtube since last year and tried pretty much all of his recipes. Never FAILED! So I came across to his online course and bought a few courses. These get into more detail compared to his youtube videos and certainly delicious. I love these jam recipes as they don't use pectin and feel natural. Defo try out the milk tea jam!
