Hanbit is the CEO of Sugar Lane Baking Academy based in Seoul, Korea. As a pastry chef, his mission is to make baking more enjoyable – both for homebakers and professionals. This is being achieved through his baking academy in Seoul where he has taught more than 2500 students over 6 years.
Quite an avid homebaker here. I've been following hanbit's youtube since last year and tried pretty much all of his recipes. Never FAILED! So I came across to his online course and bought a few courses. These get into more detail compared to his youtube videos and certainly delicious. I love these jam recipes as they don't use pectin and feel natural. Defo try out the milk tea jam!
