Raspberry

Raspberry jams are delicious with all the berry-ness and the tanginess that makes it amazing.

Wine & Fig

Fig jam has so much flavour with all the seeds popping inside your mouth. Here you will learn how to make red wine & fig jam which gives a deeper flavour to the figs.

Banana

Great recipes and absolutely delicious

Quite an avid homebaker here. I've been following hanbit's youtube since last year and tried pretty much all of his recipes. Never FAILED! So I came across to his online course and bought a few courses. These get into more detail compared to his youtube videos and certainly delicious. I love these jam recipes as they don't use pectin and feel natural. Defo try out the milk tea jam!
