Mini Chiffon pan is used in this course - it is a size that is only used in Korea. The pan is much taller than the usual wide chiffon pans and therefore the product looks much cuter. It's unlikely that you will find the same pan so please scale the recipe to fit your pan. You can find this pan on our Shopee Shop "Hanbit Cho Korean Bakeware". Being plain is a bit too plain so we’ve added a bit of vanilla powder and that makes it fantastic.
