Hanbit is the CEO of Sugar Lane Baking Academy based in Seoul, Korea. As a pastry chef, his mission is to make baking more enjoyable – both for homebakers and professionals. This is being achieved through his baking academy in Seoul where he has taught more than 2500 students over 6 years.
I thought for such a basic cake, like carrot cake, the class would be quite standard. But I loved how Hanbit always provided extra information about each ingredient and how it effects the recipe as a whole. I've made the cake twice now and its come out perfect each time. My carrot cake has definitely leveled-up, regardless of it being a "simple" recipe. Thank you!
