Hanbit comes from a non-pastry background. He worked in banking, consulting and IT. This meant that in order to become a pastry chef, he learnt everything from scratch. This journey helped him design his courses such that it’s accessible to home-bakers as well as professionals.

Excellent!

I have tried a few of the recipes so far since starting the classes, the milk tea is pure perfection (just bottled up some more earlier). Easy to follow recipes, great explanations from Chef.

Soon opening a cafe and looking forward to using these recipes

Loved all the cafes in Seoul and they were all so delicious. Really wanted to make them at my cafe and I couldn't find any decent youtube videos until I found this amazing course. Thank you Hanbit!

So helpful

I really wanted to make korean style drinks as I run a cafe and this course was so helpful. i couldn't find enough info on youtube and this was the only course that teach you how to make korean drinks. Everything is so delicious!
