Had real fun making these

Went through a bit of trial and error as I couldn't get the jam to stay nicely in the middle but got there in the end. Taste amazing! Thank you chef!

  1. Chef Hanbit explained the class very well. My only concern is that he should also include the best possible substitutions for hard-to-find ingredients such as Morello Cherry Puree & Amarena cherries because I can’t really find these in Toronto.
